HP02 Cartridges - 80 Cent Replacments
|
Do you have one of the newer HP Printers that uses the little HP-02 cartridges that hold a small amount of ink?
Ever feel ripped off when you have to keep buying them for $10.99 a pop. And there is always one that is low. So do you buy the economy package of 6 at a time. Still a rip off. What if... you could put the ink back in the cartridge in about 2 minutes, and not make any mess. Would you do it, if it cost you only 80 cents. That would mean you save $10.19 everytime you do it. INTERESTED? Stay tuned, I am going to show you how to do this. It is very easy. |

These refillable, see through, cartridges are the answer. See therubber plug in the bottom. That is where the ink goes in.
Each cartridge has an Auto-Reset chip on it. When you remove the cartridge and put it back in, it resets itself to full. So
you don't need a chip resetter. The printer will accept these cartridges and the ink monitoring will still work properly.
These cartrdiges are so cool, you can't afford not to have a set.
Let's talk about the cost. Each of the color cartridges takes 12 ml to fill, and the black one takes 30 ml. A 125 ml bottle of ink is $8.00. So for the color carts, the ink cost is 77 cents [$8.00/(125/12)], call it $0.80. The black cartridge ink cost is [$8.00/(125/30)] = $1.92, call it $2.00. The HP price on the color carts is $11.00 and $20 for the black. So everytime you fill a color cart you save $10.20 and $18.00 for the black one. For a set of 5 color carts and one black, you save a total of $69.00, wow!!! Hard to believe isn't it. |

How Do I Do It ? Follow these instructions. Basically it is like this; 1) Fill the syringe with ink, 2) Inject the ink into the cartridge, 3) Put the plug in place, and install the cartridge in the printer. That's it. |

What do I need to buy ?
Well, you need one of the above printers, of course. Then you need the inks,a syringe with needle (shown below), and a set of our empty HP-02 cartridges. ![]() 12 cc Plastic Syringe $1.50
One 1.5" Long Blunt Needle $0.75
You only need one syringe and needle. Wash with warm water before using it for the next color. These printers have 6 inks inside. They have black, cyan, magenta, yellow, light cyan and light magenta. You can try just the black if you want to see how well it works before investing in the whole set up. Or if you print a mostly black, this may be all you need.

Total Cost Review -
Remember, the cartridges, needle and syringe are a one time investment. We are not sure how many refills they are good for, there is no limit that we are aware of.
For a Black Only set up... the ink is $8.00, the Cart is $9.95, the needle and syringe is $2.25, for a total of $20.20 plus shipping. Armed with this, you will be able to avoid buying a new black cart FOUR TIMES... for net savings of $59.80 on the first bottle of ink. On the second bottle, the net savings will be $72.00. The cart, needle and syringe are already paid for. For all colors.... the ink is $48.00, the carts are $59.70, the needle and syringe is $2.25, for a total of $109.95 plus shipping. Armed with this, you will be able to avoid buying a black cart 4 times, and each color cart 10 times. This is a net savings of $520.05 on the first order, and $582.00 on subsequent orders. Don't want to spend the $109.95, then go for a black only set up, and use it until you save the $109.95. Then get the colors going and make more trips to the bank to put your money in. This is a "no brainer" way to save lots of cash. That's it. The cat is out of the bag. Shop at Inksupply.com, Save Money, Print better. ps.. Because the original HP carts hold a lot less than than the MIS compatibles, the savings is even greater. |
